Based on the aforementioned surveys and the reports of EU
and PC institutions, a comparative analysis of the practice in
the area of T&L at the PC and EU institutions will be
performed and the corresponding report will be made. This
report will be used to identify the major tasks to be
performed for strengthening competences of young
university teachers in pedagogy, psychology and
methodology and improving the quality of teaching and
learning at the PC HEIs. The report will also suggest
procedures for performing these tasks. The report will be
distributed between all the institutions involved in the
project and disseminated through the project website.
