The capability of teachers to teach well in English is very
important for the internationalisation of the PC HEIs,
because it increases the opportunity that these institutions
are successfully involved in the mobility program for
students and teachers. Since the language barrier has
already been identified as one of the possible hindrances for
the integration of the PC HEIs in cross-border education,
printed and electronic material for providing language
support to professional development of teaching staff will
be prepared and used within the task 3.4.
Partially, the material that has already been developed by
the project FUSE (TEMPUS project, coordinator UNI) will be
used and adapted to the specific needs of teaching and
academic writing in English in the field of natural and
mathematical sciences.
