Qualitative reviews of each WP will be conducted twice
yearly. They will be based on the internal QA reports
presented by WP leaders to the QAMB and UNIKO. The
QAMB will monitor the reports and based on them prepare
evaluation reports. The reports will obtain a wide-ranging
picture of the situation regarding the whole project
(outcomes, participation at meetings, effective
communication and the management of the project) and all
the partners will be informed on the issues related to
project quality. If the quality is different from expected or
the outcomes are not achieved on time, there are
adjustment mechanisms such as official warnings,
consultation meetings (of QAMB, project management
bodies, team leaders of each WP), strengthening of work
teams, or re-arranging and re-defining the planned
activities.
